The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Characterful garden cottage

The Cottage is newly refurbished. It offers a blend of modern facilities with country charm and comfort for 2 people. The Cottage sits right next to our house with private parking outside the front door. Please note it is part of our property not a private space. We spend a lot of time tending our garden so are always around to help and offer information on the area. The village is well supplied with shops, pubs, restaurants and take aways. We are not set up for babies or children sadly.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds, a modern shower room upstairs and downstairs a WC. Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Our Cosy Cottage of Hearts! If you need a place to come and totally chill out then this is the place, Haselbech is a peaceful village where you can walk, cycle and explore all day long! OR snuggle up and do nothing but read a good book, cook nice food and relax. We live only 10 minutes away and will help with anything we can! Good pubs are not far away and there is so much to do in the area.
