The house is directly adjacent to a cozy and child-friendly swimming cove with docks and a sandy beach. Start the day with a morning swim. Have breakfast in the garden. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Here you can experience Gothenburg's unique archipelago while having access to Gothenburg's other offerings.

A separate, fully furnished apartment area in the villa with its own entrance. The apartment consists of one bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (140x200). Here you have walking distance to cliff bath and beach (15 min), bus stop 300 m from the residence if you want to get into central Gothenburg. Grocery store, pizzeria etc are 600m away. Parking is available for one car in the driveway just outside the property. The driveway is under camera surveillance for extra security.

Loft with 2 x 90 cm beds. Please bring own linen and towels. Kitchen towel, toilet paper and coffee filters included. An electric car charger is available for a fee. Please note that some exterior renovation remains to be done.

The accommodation has a bright interior and a lovely light from morning till night. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ferry and the harbor. There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ett boende för dej som önskar bo på en ö men ändå närhet till Göteborg. Huset är 60 kvm, med kök och matplats, toalett med dusch, vardagsrum. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng 160 cm, ett loft med en 140 cm säng och ytterligare ett loft med en 160 säng (ej ståhöjd i något av loften och lite speciell stege/trappa till loften) Lakan och handdukar ingår. Parkering finns på Saltholmen för en bil. För dej som vill njuta av en underbar miljö.

Knarrholmen is a car-free island with several nice swimming areas, both with a sandy beach, a bathing jetty and a cliff jump. You can only get there by ferry or your own boat. Knarrholmen can offer both paddle track, outdoor gym, sauna and nice walking paths. There is also a very nice restaurant on the island.
