It has a brand new ac and air purifier. It has outdoor seating, privacy fence and keyless entry. Minutes away from JIA, River City Marketplace, the Zoo and the Cruise terminal.

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area, but it is in the rear of the property and very peaceful. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.

Make yourself at home in this studio-style apartment located in a quiet neighborhood with a kitchenette and full bathroom that features modern updates. Centrally located, less than 5 minutes from historic downtown San Marco with trendy restaurants and shopping, just minutes away from all the shops and nightlife in the village square. Less than 15 minutes to Riverside and downtown Jacksonville including multiple hospitals. Also only 30 minutes from the airport and beaches.

There are multiple restaurants/bars/outdoor cafe dining all within walking distance in either direction. The 2nd story garage apartment offers a balcony with views into Boone Park. Fully renovated in 2021 offering a full kitchen and bathroom. You have a private parking space as well.

Llama-Theme Apartment

The building is a Historic Greek Revival Home renovated in 2019. The Llama Lounge is a separate apartment connected to the main house. There is kitchenette comes with a sink, dishwasher and microwave. Be sure to read the house rules and neighborhood description so that there are no surprises after your reservation is confirmed. Ring cameras monitor all the entrances and are motion activated.

Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
