Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Vid vägsände ligger gårdens drängstuga med utsikt över skog och hagar. Här omges du av lugnet som naturen ger. Söker du avkoppling och de enkla livet är detta boende perfekt för dig. Ströva runt Dragmansbosjön, läs en bok framför öppna spisen. Gör utflykter i Fjärdhundraland så som ädelfiske,skidåkning,älgsafari,loppisrunda. Stugan passar sig bäst för två personer men man kan bo 4 personer då de finns bäddsoffa. Man tar sig till Sala,Uppsala, Enköping,Västerås på mindre än 1 timme.

Boende närmare vattnet är svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. Isen är i början av mars ca 30 cm tjock. Utrustning för pimpling finns att låna, liksom 2-4 sparkar. Se även min guidebok som finns i min profil. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.
