Hello, this is a space located on Antique Furniture Street in Bogwang-dong, Itaewon, Seoul. It is located 8 minutes on foot from Itaewon Station, and there is a convenience store 1 minute away. We have made our old house cozy and comfortable. It is a residential area, so it is very quiet, so loud noise is not possible in the accommodation. We would like to emphasise that this space is not suitable for parties or gatherings that may cause a lot of noise. This space is designed to accommodate one or two people. I thought of those who want to rest and enjoy themselves in a new space or want to do personal work. *The accommodation has a living room where you can enjoy books, music and films, two rooms (bedroom/study and dining area), and a bathroom. <Accommodation notes> - Our small room accommodation in Itaewon is a quiet place to stay. Therefore, only guests who book can enter due to a pleasant environment and security issues. Failure to do so will result in penalties, so please take note. (Penalty: Violation of use rules incurred and eviction measures)

This place is in Main st. of Haebangchon (HBC). And 10-15min. from Itaewon. It is located on the main street of Haebangchon, a hot place, and 10-15 minutes on foot to Itaewon World Culture Street.5 minutes to Gyeongridan. There is a town bus to Noksapyeong Station (Line 6) right in front of the house! Parking is also available Restaurants and pubs with good atmosphere nearby.There are many cafes and fun clubs, etc. It is a unique neighborhood with a lot of fun things to eat. 2 rooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a beam projector connected to Google Chromecast, so it was prepared for watching movies such as Netflix, Disney, and Wacha. The second room was decorated like a small bar.It would be fun to listen to music with a Bluetooth speaker and have a light drink! The living room has a TV and a sofa bed, allowing up to 4 people to stay. In the kitchen, there is a gas stove, microwave, coffee pot, and tableware for 4 people, so you can cook. Thank you!
