Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Nice summer house with a large newly built terrace and views of Bråviken. 9+2 beds distributed between the main house of 80 sqm (2 bedrooms) and 2 guest houses of 17 sqm each. Fully modern with a stylish kitchen, sauna, fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, gas barbecue and Wi-Fi. Great hiking opportunities along Bråviken. 4-minute walk to a lovely swimming area with a sandy beach and jetty. 2 km to a grocery store with a bakery. 2.5 km to the harbour with a public park and a popular restaurant (in summer) 25-minute drive to Kolmården. Close to the Sörmlandsleden.

Cabin in Nävekvarn

Our cozy Sörmlandstorp is located just outside idyllic Nävekvarn, with a swimming area, forest and hiking trails around the corner. A glimpse of Bråviken and the archipelago can be seen from the cabin that was built in 1920. The jetty (5-minute walk) has both a child-friendly and a deeper part. Kolmården Zoo is 30 minutes away. In Nävekvarn there is a beach, harbor tavern, ice cream shop and grocery store. Heated hot tub is on the patio. In the kitchen and bathroom there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In addition to 6 beds, there are 2 children's beds.

Mastvägen

Two newly renovated cottages located on a large hilly plot. The big house is about 90 sqm with a nice view of Bråviken. In the guest house of about 30 sqm you live comfortably but more compact. Available: Apple TV, internet and electric car charger (for a fee). Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 persons. Guests bring own bed linen and towels. Close to a nice bathing area and about 2 km to a grocery shop and a bus stop. In Nävekvarns harbor there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

Charlottastugan

Charlottastugan is secluded and offers a peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature and a short walk to swimming and fishing in the lake Yngaren. Now there is also the option to hire a fishing boat. Here you live spacious on two floors with a separate guest house with place for two people. Ground floor with newly renovated kitchen and several amenities such as a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The upstairs has a large double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom.

At Bråviken's northern beach, you can swim in the sea and lakes, enjoy nature experiences and socialize in a large private garden. Nearby is Kvarsebo river with its pond, Kvarseboklinten and Kvarsebo sea swimming. The house is a 1950s villa of 83 sqm + 7 sqm glass veranda and guest house of 8.5 sqm. The main building has a large kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, living room, veranda overlooking Bråviken and sauna. Guests need to bring bed linens, bath towels and clean the house before check-out.
