Poss noise from music, roosters or construction on oth properties that I have no control over. But sounds of waves fountain.

Mosquito net, fans, ocean breeze, bug spray. 6 min. walk beach or street to restaurants. If sensitive to insects consider other units here with AC. 2 levels of outside steps up/down from the street.

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

A self-contained apartment in a renovated historic building located away from the bar/beach revelry but a 6 minute level walk to shops, the town square and beaches. Private terrace overlooking street, king bed with high quality linens and dream kitchen with 6 burner stove. Living room has 2 built-in sofas which make into comfortable single beds when needed. ACCESS TO BUENA VISTA GARDENS and POOL (w/great VIEWS by way of our private jungle path behind villa (many steps but worth it)

If you like nature Casa Miraflores is the right place for you. The house is located 5 min from town in a quiet area. You will find Colibries, chachalacas and lots of beautiful butterflies. Enjoy the open concept and outdoor lounge area with pool. Have your breakfast on the terrace before you head to the beach. The house has a king size bed with mosquito net in the first bedroom and queen size bed with mosquito net in the loft under the palapa. Bathroom with walk in shower.
