Cottage in a quiet location in the terraced village of Vickleby on southern Öland. The cottage is 26 m2 with a sleeping loft of 10 m2, surrounded by a beautiful garden, built with different rooms separated by trellised pear trees and full of other fruit trees, vegetables and flowers. Vickleby is located in the World Heritage Site of Southern Öland's Agricultural Landscape, on the edge of Stora Alvaret, with its unique flora and two km away from the sea with swimming or windsurfing at Haga Park, or bird watching at Beijershamn. Five minutes walk to Capellagården.

Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the alvar in the small terraced village, this former special needs cottage is located next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In spring, the orchids bloom profusely here. There are several interesting historical sites within walking distance, such as Dröstorp's Ödeby. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all modern conveniences. There is a barbecue area outside. It is quiet and peaceful here. Note: Sheets and towels are not included! Cleaning is not included!

Easy to get to Borgholm Castle Ruins, Royal Solliden, Borgholm, Köpingsvik, Ottenby with bird station. In the area there are 2 tennis courts, football pitch, playground, pool, children's pool and kiosk during the high season.

Lantligt och gammaldags inredd stuga, vid kusten på en egen äng. Huset har ett enkelt kök, utedass och vatten pumpar du upp i brunnen på gården (testad och godkänd vattenkvalitet). Dina enda grannar är korna som betar runt huset och några får. Huset har 12v el så det går att ladda digital utrustning men inte köra tex hårtork eller microvågsugn.

Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
