The property is also conveniently located near hiking trails, sights and attractions, a golf course, and a grocery store.

Guests must bring their own bed linen/towels, and laundry must be done by the tenants. Dogs and cats are allowed, and there are two cats living outside; allergy sufferers should be aware of this.
