Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Proximal to Colorado River. So quiet! Water view from front porch & Master Bedroom(only). Desert eternity! Bedding & towels for 6 people.
