Holiday rentals with lake access in Negros Occidental

The host is very responsive, helpful and polite. The place is the same as in photos. It is near Festive walk, and easy to locate. Really enjoyed the pool. Best place for staycation with loved ones. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Great stay, nice staff. Our bungalows were very clean and new. Jhun lives next door and is reachable throughout the entire stay and on request he serves drinks and there is also a kitchen team to order food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). All at a fair price and very delicious. The property is about 10 minutes from Moalboal by car. The property offers various excursions & organizes everything. In the evening you have a beautiful sunset. We were very satisfied and would always recommend the place.

We enjoyed our stay at Alicia’s place! The unit is very spacious which we liked. The entire place was clean and tidy. We love that the beds are queen and king sizes. AC’s are working great in cooling the entire place. There is also heater in the shower. Also, the host was very easy to communicate with, plus she gave us cassava cake. :) Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you!

Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in with the best host too. John and Reagan are beyond kind and helpful as well as respectful of your space. The place is a dream come true, so comfortable with everything you need and waking up to the incredible water and being able to get in from the house is such an honour. There was 4 of us and we had plenty of space. They organised scooters to be delivered to the property when we checked in which made everything so easy. I probably wouldn’t want to stay here without a scooter as it’s quite isolated. We can’t wait to return!

Superb location, excellent and accommodating condo staff, very responsive and helpful host. Basic (and more) amenities were peovided which made our stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable.

Very smooth transaction. Affordable. Guards also of condo accomodating and helpful bait din. The unit is clean and complete and has a balcony nice view. Highly recommended. Very smooth lang ang check in namin and check out. We will surely book again when we go back. Thank you.

Had a nice stay here. Its a good value for the money. They even provided an extra kitchen item we needed when asked. There were a couple minor repair issues, but they were even taken care of on Christmas Eve. The location is nect to the Esplanade and a short 200M walk to several restaurants including Jollibee. There is a 7/11 just outside the gate and a grocery nearby.
