Prachtige en hele nette ruimte, ruim voldoende plek voor ons gezin van vier! Erg schoon, een vriendelijke eigenaresse, spreekt echter zelf geen woord Engels, maar met wat handen en voetenwerk kom je een eind. Ook haar zoon doet een deel van de communicatie, hij spreek wel gewoon Engels. Ruim opgezette tuin met voldoende parkeergelegenheid waarbij je de auto achter een afgesloten hek parkeert, wat ook wel een prettig gevoel geeft.

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. Logement très propre et bien situé à proximité des lignes de bus et du métro pour rejoindre les principaux monuments de Rome. Le logement est tout proche d’une gare de train qui permet de venir directement depuis l’aéroport en 40 minutes. Quelques adresses restaurants et glaciers très bonnes dans le quartier. Vraiment très bon hôte. Hyper réactif et pro actif pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien.

Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui. Casa bellissima con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La Signora è stata super gentile, ci ha fatto trovare acqua e latte in frigo e una super torta fatta da lei per colazione. Pulizia a livelli top. La zona è molto tranquilla, vicino ci sono supermercati, bar, farmacie. Facile raggiungere il centro di Perugia in macchina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo come se fossimo a casa. Dovessimo ritornare a Perugia non avrei dubbi: ritornerei sicuramente qui.

Eugenia's home is located in a great area and she was great in communicating with us. She was able to get us a car service to pick us up from the cruise terminal in Civitavecchia and drop us at at the Rome airport FCO. That was very helpful, as the drivers knew exactly where to go and were very helpful with our luggage!
