Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

In het Groene hart kunt u fietsen, wandelen, varen en zwemmen. In de directe omgeving vind u de Vinkeveense plassen, Nieuwkoopse plassen, de Amstel en natuurgebied De Groene Jonker. Welcome to logement Fortzicht! An idyllic brand new semi-detached house with front view on the Amstel and back view at a fort which is part of the Defence Line of Amsterdam. The house is situated about an half hour drive from Amsterdam and Amstelveen. Restaurants and shops can be found in towns like Uithoorn, Vinkeveen or Mijdrecht at about an 10-15 minutes drive. The house is located in a rural area and has its own parking space. You do need a car. On the amstel is the 2 person canoe.

The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.
