Welcome to Gåsvannshytta – a hidden gem just 30 minutes from Kragerø. The cabin is located quietly and undisturbed by a toll road, so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet. Bring drinking water (20 liters are available at the cabin). Refrigerator, freezer and stove are powered by gas. Light and charging via 12V solar system. Fireplace with free firewood. Boat is included - bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Great opportunities for berry and mushroom picking in season. The cabin must be cleaned before departure. Bring your own bed linen.

Peaceful apartment in an annexe with spa shower and bathtub

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in quiet and rural surroundings. There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming spots nearby. In winter, it is a short drive for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine facility. Hunting grounds can be rented through Statskog.

Family cabin with stunning views of the lake

- Would you like to relax with family or friends in this child-friendly cabin with a great view of the large lake Nisser? The cabin is a traditional Norwegian cabin with high standard. It is located near the beach and the large windows in the living room open up to a fantastic view and spectacular nature. A path leads down to a small beach about 70 meters from the cabin. There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites you to a large terrace, which is furnished with sofa, sun loungers, dining table and private pavilion.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Welcome to Hoseid Farm! In Drangedal's deep forests at the far end of Kjosen with a wide view of Oseidvannet, the cabin is waiting for you and your family. Here you can retreat, enjoy the tranquility of the forest, and feel the freedom of being close to nature. The cabin is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Tokke/Oseidvann, where the conditions are well suited for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Nice mountain trips nearby, and in winter there are good opportunities for skiing and making a fire in the fire pit.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Her kan du starte dagen med kaffe på terrassen, utforske flotte turområder, nyte lange lyse kvelder og senke skuldrene i rolige omgivelser. Etter en dag ute venter badstue, peiskos og stillhet med naturen tett på. Kort vei til Gautefall gjør hytta til en komfortabel base for ferie, langhelg og opplevelser året rundt.

I Mikrohytta Kronen kan du kose deg ute ved bålpanna. Du kan også tilbringe kvelden med å se på stjernene fra soverommet. Hytta har anneks med en liten dobbeltseng som skrår innover, perfekt om du liker det lite og intimt. Toalett ligger i tilknytning til anneks. Det er ett koselig felleskjøkken Smia på stedet hvor du finner alt du trenger til matlaging. Vi har egen strand og tilbyr kano og sup utleie. Vi har også aktiviteter som pil og bue, øksekast og luftgevær.

Our charming annex "Eldhuset" is a brewery from the late 1800s in beautiful farm surroundings. Here you have a short distance to good swimming places, fishing spots, hiking areas and a convenience store. Take breakfast out in the morning sun or enjoy the barbecue in the conservatory with the evening sun! The fireplace has a double bed and a bunk bed. There is an option to add an extra crib if desired. 10-15 minutes walk from Neslandsvatn station.
