Villa Agave is a complete house, built in the 70s, directly on the Caribbean Sea. The house has two (air-conditioned) bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. An open kitchen with living room. And a large terrace over the entire sea side of the house. The sea is accessible via a staircase. Do not expect a luxury home. The house is simply furnished but has everything you need. It is a unique location where you can enjoy peace and a beautiful view over the Caribbean Sea.

The property is fenced to enhance security and is located within walking distance of the beach. To maintain a clean and welcomed environment at the villa, a non-smoking, no pets policy is enforced.
