Ce loft situé idéalement à quelques mètres de la plage public saura vous combler. Terrasse privée, cuisine et salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. Chambre-salon au 1re étage. Le lieux est animé de mars à octobre par une petite buvette ou l‘on passe des moments conviviaux et où l‘on peut déguster une excellente friture du lac! (Buvette fermée dès le 10 octobre 2022. Ouverture prévue 1er avril 2023. Elle sera éventuellement ouverte durant les week-ends du mois de mars en cas de météo favorable)

Completed in July 2021, this 2 1/2 room flat is located on the raised ground floor of a designer villa and has private access. The location is unique: situated directly in the harbour of Vallamand with a unique view of Lake Murten and the Alps. The larger cities of Neuchâtel, Bern and Fribourg are 20 and 30 minutes' drive away respectively. Parking spaces are available on the property. There is a bus stop very close. Welcome!
