Mary is a fantastic host. We were greeted with a big hug, a lovely handwritten card, and a basket full of goodies! Having stayed with Mary last year in her own home, we were reassured that staying in 'The Nest' would be just as wonderful and it didnt disappoint! Beautifully furnished and with all the added extras that made our weekend away so very comfortable! A hidden gem!

The place exceeded my expectations in every way – it was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, and I truly felt at home during my stay. We had a wonderful stay at Violet’s Cottage. Tastefully decorated in old world country style. Delightful goodie hamper on arrival too. Attention to detail was fantastic and highly recommend this little gem. Clara & Paul

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Slieve Gullion View property. We had travelled as a family of 7 (2 adults and 5 children) and had plenty of room and felt very comfortable and right at home in the house. The TV’s in all bedrooms were a real treat for the children as were the lovely cows there to greet us each morning at breakfast. The large family bathroom with bath tub and separate hose for hair washing was perfect for the little ones and something you don’t find in many hotels. Very close to many forest walks and amenities and an ideal spot for us visit family and friends who live in the surrounding areas. Aine was a fabulous host and very responsive when I needed her help with supplying a new clothes horse and replacement iron - nothing was too much trouble! We would return in the future without hesitation! Thank you!

I had such a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was super clean, beautifully set up, and felt really luxurious. It’s in a quiet countryside area, surrounded by nature perfect for relaxing. The host was really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The Gatehouse at Mullan's Bay is the perfect spot for a weekend away, with plenty to do without having to even leave the estate. The accommodation was fantastic and easily catered for our group of 9. Adrian is a great host and was very prompt in replying to any requests we had. The fresh wheaten bread on arrival was also a nice touch
