This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

Welcome to our granny flat situated in awesome Adamstown. Relax and dine on the private large balcony offering fantastic westerly sunsets. Only a 5-10minute drive to Newcastle's stunning beaches and CBD. An Uber into the CBD costs about $15. If you don't have a car we have a shopping village around the corner and buses and trains at your doorstep. Why not catch the train to Sydney for the day, cruise along the Hawkesbury River or cycle or walk the 15km Fernleigh Track to Lake Macquarie.

The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.
