Sit and watch the daily activities of the harbour as you enjoy your dinner or take in the golden sunrise over breakfast. You're a 5 min walk away from the harbour, pubs, restaurants & amenities Newlyn has to offer. It is the perfect place from which to explore this lovely part of Cornwall.

No sea views but quietly away from the road. Close to coast & countryside, and 30 mins prom walk to Penzance. Situated on the art school hill with harbour & Mounts Bay views. 10 min walk downhill to Newlyn’s shops, bars, restaurants, gallery & cinema, with a steep return. Not suitable for children or pets.
