Apartment holiday rentals in Nicaragua

Jorge and his parents were the kindest and most welcoming hosts you could imagine. They brought us coffee and fruits in the morning and were always there to help if we needed anything. The room was nice and clean and we felt very comfortable. It is a bit far from most places but Jorge helped us to rent scooters and with those we were able to get everywhere really fast. Overall our stay was a very pleasant. I recommend if you want to experience authentic life in Nicaragua :)

Hi, the place was tidy and tidy, just like the photos. I arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, but I was thankful that I was already cleaned and allowed to enter. The accommodation was comfortable and comfortable, and it was equipped with all the essentials, so there was no inconvenience.

We enjoyed a month stay in Richard's condo. Great accommodations, kitchen well equipped to prepare meals, and comfortable balcony furniture to enjoy the ocean view. Easy walking distance into town for restaurants and shopping.

It is not a paved street where the house is located, you need a vehicle with good tires and traction, in front there is a soccer field, there is not much to ask for based on price quality, it resolves at least! Attention and communication was always constant and without delays, plus.

We had a great one month stay at Gabriel‘s condo, the condo area feels almost like an all inclusive resort minus the all inclusive. There are many amenities including the gate guards, the swimming pool, and ice machine at the swimming pool. It had a small community feel and we met many great people from all over. Gabriel’s condo is completely equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation from beach chairs to beach towels and even coolers. Gabriel is responsive and was able to provide us with recommendations in both Granada and San Juan Del Sur. 

Had a great time staying here right in town of SJDS. The spot was super walkable to bars and restaurants in the area. It’s just a couple of blocks away from cafe oro that offers daily shuttles to beaches nearby. Will definitely consider staying here again if I’m ever in the area.

Great location, the apartment is exactly what I thought it would be, clean, nice, stylish, organized. Benjamin is very responsive and friendly! Can’t complain! I come often to SJDS and definitely will be back at this place! I recommend it 1000%

John's apartment was fantastic. Very modern and clean apartment and in a great location just down the road from the main street and beach. The views were amazing and there is a fan and air conditioning and hot water showers. The wifi did cut out a lot but worked enough for what we needed. Ramon, the property manager was also so accommodating. He delivered everything we needed and went above and beyond to track down and deliver crutches for me as I had an accident before coming to SJDS and could not walk. I could not recommend this apartment more and will definitely stay here again when I return to SJDS.

Maria was the kindest host. The place was serene and gorgeous- we felt right at home. She recommended the best restaurants in Managua and even Granada. The place was just as listed. Quiet at night, easy to locate, decorated with impeccable taste. We will definitely be back. Many thanks!

Everything was great! Jennifer was very attentive to my messages ! The kitchen needs a little more equipment.

Uri was a huge help, great manager. Always got us what we needed then and there. Juan Pablo was great as well, always answered any questions immediately and made our stay super easy. Nice kitchen and everything you need for a long term stay. Walking distance to the beach, both grocery stores and Dog Town. Already planning our next trip back!

I've stayed at this place several times and the apartment is always spotless . The pool was clean , the 2 days it was maintained early in the morning . All the questions I had were always clarified shortly by Michael the host . I would stay again at this listing without hesitation . Excellent !!

We stayed at Lauren's condo for 2 nights. We have stayed in this condo building before but in a different unit. Lauren's unit is very clean. There's a nice breeze from the patio, so you don't really need to use the AC in the living room/kitchen area. The condo is very spacious and more than enough space for 5 people. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are ok. The kitchen is clean, bathrooms are clean, and the AC's worked well. The water was hot too which is nice. We didn't use the kitchen because we mainly ate out at restaurants so I cannot comment on that. The fridge worked well. The pool at the building is nice and refreshing when you are so hot from walking around town. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend renting this unit as everything went well.

If there was an award for AirBNB's top host globally, Maria would win easily. Hands down the best host I have evern encountered, so friendly and willing to help with anything and everything we needed. Had a wonderful stay with my family, beautiful place, amazing location and million dollar views. Could not recommend highly enough.

We had a great time in Playa el Coco. Melanie's place is right on the beautiful beach, and also has a pool that was perfect for our little kiddos. The place was clean and we felt very safe. Melanie, and the property manager Noel, were very responsive and quick to help to ensure we had a great time. Thanks for the memories!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at KODU apartments , and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless . The check-in process was swift, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt valued as a guest. The room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, featuring a breathtaking view of the city skyline. We would love to come back soon!

Same message on google : I highly recommend this place. My queen Sabrina and I spent 10 days at this very clean and well-maintained hotel. Surveillance is available during the day to meet your needs. The pool is very well-maintained and the view is superb. Seriously, one of the most beautiful places to rent in San Juan del Sur.

We didn’t want to leave, this house was too perfect. The place was so peaceful and clean and had a gorgeous pool. Our favorite part was the hot shower with amazing pressure. It was walkable to everything you needed while still being quiet and private. The host was very helpful and so was the guidebook inside. It was the perfect spa stay and we will definitely come back again.
