The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious, light, open, clean. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, and a nice patio. The location is good: there are markets nearby, good restaurants only a few minutes walk, a cafe on the corner. It's only about 15 minutes walk to the main part of Nicosia. We stayed for a month and enjoyed it very much, and would stay here again any time we are in Nicosia.

Quiet studio close to the old city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I did not have the chance to meet Yiorghos personally, since he was abroad, but we had excellent telephone communication before, during and after the stay (his family is also always there to support). Everything run smooth, the small and clean studio had all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Yiorghos!!

We found a house as stated in the photos of Mr. Buluç. Also the cleanliness and quality of the house was top notch. We were able to get immediate and quick answers to any questions we asked. The white goods and other products in the house were quite neat and useful. I think I would definitely prefer the same house if there is a trip to Cyprus again the next time. The location of the house is perfect for relaxing. There is an unlimited sea view and all the tools you want in the house.

the apartment is clean, spacious and bright, everything you need for your stay is available. very pleased with the presence of household chemicals for the house. There were: Washing powder, dishwasher tablets, shampoos, body gel and soaps. Very important little things. Availability of towels, sets of 3. Very clear instructions for the description of the check in and location. i really liked everything, we will definitely stay again the next time we arrive. Thank you.
