Apartment holiday rentals in Nidwalden

There were two of us and felt very comfortable in the apartment. When it got more autumn outside, the heating was there immediately. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances as well as dishes. But the highlight of the apartment is the view of the lake and the mountains. The location on the slope requires a vehicle even if the place is easily accessible by bus. Nice that there is a parking space for the car.

The place conveniently had every little single specific thing we needed! Also amazing view of the mountains. Great stay!

A very modern, tidy place to stay.

It was awesome stay here, house was well setup for kids as well. lots of toys available for kids. felt like in home. Only thing missing was dishwasher or washing machine, but that was not described as well.

Everything was good. There is nothing to complain about!

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!

Great lakeside apartment in Vitznau with all the things you need when you're away from home. Judith was great about responding quickly to messages and left clear instructions in a nice book she put together for guests. Walking to the ferry station takes about 10 minutes and it's flat so it's easy to do even with luggage. It takes about an hour to get to Lucerne via the ferry but it's a nice scenic ride. Overall a great, quiet, place to stay with a really nice view and wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Vitznau. Thanks, Judith!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s this is a standout first class apartment with plenty of space for 3 of us and right next to the main gondola lift. If there was anything (and this is being mega critical) the foldout bed in the top bedroom is very uncomfortable and maybe only suitable for younger children. Our 12 Y/O was pretty happy but definitely not usable for an adult. Swimming pool was a nice touch although the lovely new Sauna is also nice please be aware brits it’s no swimwear so leave your inhibitions behind !!!

The stay was calm and nice. One thing should be mentioned though, you need to drive 5 km through a rural road in the mountain to reach the appartement, for me it was fine but if you are planning to go there you should consider the weather conditions specifically if it was snowy.

We liked it very much here. Great location and great amenities.

Lauren was a great host and communicated quickly and well. The chalet was perfect for the 6 of us - 2 adults, 4 teenagers - for a three day skiing trip. Close to Ski Terminal serving greater Jungfrau Ski area, and close to centre of town for restaurants and bars and shops. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook when required. In summary, it was the perfect ski chalet base, and we will certainly use again. Thank you Mark and Family

We had a really nice time in Grindelwald and can really recommend the super cozy apartment!!! Thanks to Corina for the delicious chips, juice and sweet surprise on the beds. We were very pleased and immediately felt at home!

It is an excellent option to live a special and different experience since you are surrounded by mountain and nature and beautiful views, the house is located just in front of the train stop so it is very practical to go to points of interest

The hostess is a dear… nice and attentive! The place is only accessed by car… it is relatively high, on a mountain, but not to be surprised… this gives even more to the place charm and beauty.. I loved and would come back

We were allowed to spend our ski vacation with Dave & Kira for the third time. It was like arriving at a second home. The new windows in the bedrooms make the nights even quieter. We're looking forward to next time.

a very cozy apartment with a well equipped kitchen. refrigerator, microwave, toaster and filter coffee machine were there too. towels were changed once per a week on Wednesday and garbage bins were emptied too. this service was very convenient for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Antje's apartment. Everything was sparkling clean. Thanks to the fold-out closet bed and extendable dining table, we could ideally use the small, adorable apartment as needed. At check-in, there were a few helpful tips and instructions about the facility in general and the underground car park at the reception of the residential complex. The shared use of the indoor pool with a mountain panorama was also great. We did some hiking tours in the region and almost never used the car thanks to the proximity to supermarket, beautiful hiking trails and the great connection to the train and cable car. The region has a lot to offer and Antje's apartment provides the ideal starting point for this. We will be happy to come back!
