Waldegg-Hermis Dependance

Das fast 100-jährige Haus wurde 2018 total renoviert. Bewusst wurden alte Elemente wieder eingefügt, was dem Haus einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Die Spielsachen aus früheren Zeiten sind zum Gebrauch bestimmt. Ein Klavier steht zur Verfügung. Im Winter fährt ein Bus zum Bahnhof und zu den Bahnen. Im Sommer gibt es keinen Bus. Das Haus liegt am Hang über dem Dorfzentrum und ist zu Fuss in einer Viertelstunde erreichbar. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung

The apartment is located in a new apartment building on the second floor with an elevator. It is very centrally located. It is comfortably furnished. Grocery store is very close, which is open 7 days a week and offers everything for everyday use. There are also restaurants in the village. There are also several cable cars that take you to the magnificent mountains. Lake Lucerne to Beckenried is about 5 minutes by car. Emmetten is also easily accessible by public transport.

The apartment has a large living room of 40 m² with direct access to the garden of 100 m² with two palm trees & a pond. It has garden furniture for eating outside (covered seating) or just to enjoy the garden. The 20 m² bedroom has a large double bed and a sleeping chair overlooking the garden. In addition, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi & a 55-inch flat-screen TV. In the basement there is a washing machine & dryer for free use.
