Please take a look at Mt. Iino from Oza Hoshi Pond. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi Ward)! It is about a 7-minute walk from the next nearest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen). You can also come by public transport. Walking distance to forest stations, Iizuna soba, ramen, burgers, and other restaurants. About a 25-minute drive from Nagano Station and Zenkoji.Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for climbing mountains to Togakushi Kodo, Amato-mi Trail, and Mt. Iinjo. If you want to go to the hot springs, it's about a 15-minute drive to the Tenbukan on Lake Reisenji. The public bath is about a 5-minute drive to Asoviva. There is a discount on the bathing fee. We will lend you a projector and screen for free. Play games or screenings on large screens. This is a private rental accommodation in a renovated 100-year-old house at the foot of the sea and mountains in Echigo-Nanaura. It's too simple a house to be called an old house, but it's new in an old way. I hope you will make this pleasantness one of your travel memories. This is the Mase Coast in Nishikan Ward, Niigata City (formerly Makimachi) 25 minutes by car from Makikata IC on the Hokuriku Expressway, 35 minutes from Sanjo-En IC. The horizon of Echigo Nanaura spreads out below. Take a morning walk on the beach with no one else around. A hiking course that looks like it came out of a Ghibli movie. Nearby, there are cafes in the mountains, away from the crowds, and There is also an Italian restaurant where you can watch the sunset over the sea. You can also spend time relaxing with a bento box from a famous shop in Iwamuro Onsen. Agri-tourism is also being planned so that you can enjoy cooking freshly picked vegetables. It can accommodate up to 4 people (please note that if more than the number of guests on the day come, we will not be able to accommodate them), and has high-speed WiFi. It is fully equipped with 4 Simmons semi-double beds, air conditioning, and a heater. You can also enjoy movies in the bedroom using the projector. (We have Chromecast, so please operate it from your mobile phone.) It is also equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer for longer stays. * The washing machine is free to use once during your stay. * Please note that there is a separate fee for the dryer. ⭐We now rent BBQ utensils, which many guests have requested The rental includes charcoal and a BBQ table, but food is not included in the rental price. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
