I had a wonderful time staying at OllyStays villa The Villa was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, in a peaceful neighbourhood. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting El Gouna. I’d love to stay here again in the future.

Omar’s place was lovely and perfectly on the beach! If you’re looking for a quiet and chill time with your friends or family this is the place. Also, there is an awesome beach restaurant Phoenix Kite Surfing walkable from Omar’s place, it has great food and access to a more sandy beach and lagoon-like body of water that you’ll thoroughly enjoy!! Omar’s a great host and the place was aesthetically pleasing.

We visited Luxor coming from the US and this spit was perfect. It's in the east bank side of Luxor where there are sites and places to see. You can walk and find food, groceries, cafes, and very close to the river to cross over. It's about a 30 minute drive to all the temples so plan accordingly. The home itself was spectacular and is stated just like the listing. Very clean and anything you need the host would communicate right away.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! It was absolutely stunning and matched the description perfectly. The curated garden and pool created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere — it felt like our own private paradise. There was plenty of space for our group of ten, both indoors and out, which made everything super comfortable. The host was super responsive and helpful, making our stay even smoother. We will definitely be coming back again!

My family and I had great time during our stay. Thanks to Fadi and his responsiveness and support during our stay. There is a huge grill and equipped kitchen that makes a perfect bbq day in a beachfront villa. The beach view was stunning while spending the say at the spacious garden. The beach is slightly rocky if you are planning to swim. There are 7 beds that accommodate 8 guests and plenty of sofas scattered in the villa. Highly recommended for a large gathering gateway outside the city.

This was my second time in this wonderful villa—one of the loveliest places I’ve stayed in around Cairo. My friends and I rented it for a weekend get-away—from work schedules, noise, traffic, pollution… from Cairo. And the villa was indeed transformative: beautiful, relaxing, quiet, and private. There’s nothing like waking up, effortlessly jumping into the pool before enjoying a coffee in the lush, green garden. We all returned rejuvenated! The villa is spacious and very well-equipped. And the host, Dr. Amr, is thoughtful and considerate, always prompt in communication—a very friendly and kind person. I highly recommend this villa—I know I will return for another stay, very soon!

Just as Cairo epitomizes the wonders you can discover in Egypt, this house is an example of what awaits us in paradise, and the trio of Ramadan (the caretaker), Ahmed (the driver), and Reham (the hostess) reflect the generosity, kindness, availability, and hospitality of the people of this wonderful country! Don't listen to the media or those who think they know everything... Egypt is a SAFE and RELIABLE country! We NEVER felt unsafe or were "bothered by touts" any more than in other parts of the world... The house is truly ideally located, outside Cairo, in a quiet area, and... what a joy to have breakfast and swim overlooking the pyramids. THANKS a lot

The unit is part of a newly developed project. The unit is up to 5-starts hotel standards with full services upon request. My kids enjoyed the direct access to pool and sea. We enjoyed the four surrounding 5-start hotels where we would go for beach activities or restaurants. Amine and his fellow team member where helpful and responsive whenever needed. I felt it is good value for money and would come again.

Had a great stay, the place was clean and well equipped, property manager was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Our primary contact was Reham, the co-host. She helped me with all my requests to make our trip memorable and was incredibly responsive. We pre-ordered home/cooked meals for breakfast/lunch and dinner, and they were prepared promptly and deliciously. Reham was able to purchase the supplies we needed such as oat milk, water, birthday cake etc. Reham made our family holiday unforgettable by going above and beyond to ensure to ensure we were well taken care of. Her hospitality was exceptional.

Islam was a great host and i can absolutely recommend renting with him. He was flexible with check-in and -out. Organised transfers to and from the airport and was always there to help on short notice and in a extremely friendly way. The villa was nice, especially outside with the large heated pool and nice view, however you could recognize it is already a bit run down so i guess it belongs to the houses in El Gouna built more early.

The villa was fantastic, the picture just don't do it justice and the host was very accommodating. They met us for check-in and showed us around the villa making sure we knew where everything was and how to use all the amenities. Highly recommended.

Magnifique maison dans un superbe quartier paisible au bord du Nil. Maison vaste, nickel, super bien aménagée. Jardin splendide. Magnifique piscine qui a ravi notre fille. Emplacement idéal pour visiter louxor Est et Ouest. Des commerces à proximité. Des restaurants paisibles et bucoliques au bird du Nil à 2 minutes à pieds. Le ferry pour passer sur la rive Est ou des bateaux. Felouques pour admirer la nature de la rive Ouest. Mohamed nous a aidé pour réserver un vol en montgolfière. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété. Nous avons été enchantés. Mohamed est adorable. C’est avec de la peine que nous avons quitté cet incroyable endroit. Nous recommandons totalement cette location. Au plaisir de revenir.

The place is great. Especially as a getaway not too far from Cairo in an area with many activities and great options for eating nearby. Wael is very communicative and was responsive to needs during our stay

The villa is very large and spacious, would be ideal for groups of friends/ couples as all bedrooms rooms are a decent size had their own bathrooms. The pool was lovely and the back yard feels nice and private, just note that there is a pool guy that comes every day and sometimes is still around up till lunch time! The kitchen is a little run down but still usable, the sitting area is nice and has a large smart TV with access to all the normal services you may need Its a fair walk from the downtown area (20-30 mins) and then even more so to the harbour but thankfully the Tuk Tuks are easy to get and are a set rate of 50egp wherever you go which is handy.

Very nice Villa and a great location on the sea front cliff top. Ahmed was a great host and responded to our comms quickly. When we had a minor issue with the pool, Ahmed had 3 people on site within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. You really can't ask for more than that.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spotless and exactly as described. The host was exceptionally kind and provided us with all the information we needed and more, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
