It is a beach house and can be cool in winter. No central heating, only portable heaters.

Set in a town bountiful in adventure, Coasters captures the restoration needed after a day of waves, 4wd adventures or just a rest from the day to day. This tree bounded property is a few mins walk to the bay, the sand dunes and the Lancelin Sands/Three Emus Restaurant.
