It has a double bedroom, a living room/kitchen, a spacious bathroom, FREE parking and a garden ready to welcome you. Sleeps up to three people. Additional guests are permitted only if an extra fee per person is paid in advance when booking. Flat surrounded by green space, located in a housing development 10 minutes by car from the city centre. So, welcome everyone.

Excellent House Located in the main area of Praia do Pratigi, in the building block closest to the Beach, The house offers a spacious balcony with hammocks and table, Comfortable and super Safe Environment, double room with Air Conditioning and Suite, lamp, iron. The living room also has an LCD TV and sofa, integrated with the properly equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with a heated shower. WiFi, bed linens.
