Only children who are over 10, and 100% swim safe.This is a quiet environment... to be kept quiet for reading, napping, yoga, resting, retreating. We are yogis, surfers, readers, gardeners, and appreciate a quiet calm surrounding:) that being said the pool and jaquzzi hours are 8 am - 10 pm . Dog fee $65 per dog .

Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.
