After traveling the globe and staying in various hotels and guesthouses my wife and I have attempted to present a Holiday Villa that will cover just about all of our guests wants & needs. Holiday Villa Boston (HVB) is located in the heart of Niigata City. HVB is a 2 to 10 minute walk from historical sites, great restaurants and entertaining bars. I couldn't bring myself to change the exterior's design, front gate or the front door. However, the interior is tailor made for guest to rest & relax.

受け継がれる和の心大正末期まで料亭として使われていた建物が昭和2年頃にこの場所へ移築されました。名匠の仕事によるものと伝え聞いています。なるべく余計な手を加えずに、受け継がれてきた空気感を残しつつ、心地よく過ごしていただけるよう時間をかけて修繕しました。大正から令和へ、時代を超えて受け継がれてきた空間で、和の心に触れてください。古くから北越の小京都といわれております加茂市には、由緒ある神社や寺院も多く、自然的、歴史的景観に恵まれています。古中天のそばにある「江川」は元々は江戸時代に加茂川の水を町部へ取水するため作られた生活用水路で、江川沿いには蔵や板塀、石の小橋など趣ある風景を楽しむことができます。新潟市、長岡市、三条市、燕市まで交通の便も良く、観光名所へアクセスしやすい立地です。新潟市からは車で約1時間の距離。信越本線・加茂駅もあり観光にも便利です。一日一組限定、一軒貸し切り。4名様まで同料金です。

越後七浦の海と山の麓にある築100年の古民家を改装した一棟貸しの宿です。古民家と言うにはあまりにも簡素な家ですが古い様で新しい。この気持ち良さを旅の思い出のひとつとしていただけたらと思います。ここは新潟市西蒲区（旧巻町）の間瀬海岸北陸道・巻ICから車で25分・三条燕ICから35分。眼下に広がる越後七浦の水平線。誰もいない海辺の朝の散歩。まるでジブリの世界のようなハイキングコース。近くには人里離れた山の中のカフェや海に沈む夕日を見ながらのイタリアンレストランもあります。岩室温泉の名店のお弁当を購入されまったりと過ごすことも。採れたての野菜を調理して楽しめる様にアグリツーリズムも計画中。潮の香と波の音に癒されのんびりしたり、海水浴はもちろん弥彦山登山、サーフィンやジェットスキー。海岸線のドライブやツーリングなど楽しみ方は様々です。我が家の「はなれ」としてゆっくりお過ごしください。
