The Barn at Tan Y Rhiw nestles in the Nanmor valley, surrounded by ancient woodland, with spectacular views of Moel Ddu. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Murmur y Coed translates simply to the murmur of trees and sits in a tranquil spot at the end of a private driveway, the closest property to the forest and beach. Llanddwyn Island and beach are one of Wales’ most popular and enchanting spots to visit. It's a lovely walk through the woods to Llanddwyn Beach, you may even see some of the famous red squirrels of Newborough Forest. We are dog friendly and have plenty of outdoor space along with direct access to the Wales Coastal Path.

With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

Tyddyn Plwm Isa is a cosy two bedroomed retreat set in a beautiful location for those who love the great outdoors. With fantastic views from the large windows overlooking Snowdonia, its location is quiet and peaceful and ideal for enjoying the natural surroundings of this beautiful corner of Anglesey. Near Llanddwyn beach, Newborough forest, sand dunes, wildlife, fabulous local food at the Marram Grass and we are dog friendly! Perfect for spending time with friends and family.

An Aga woodburner with Welsh slate surround provides ample heat supplemented by underfloor heating. An eco extension with living roof is a later addition.

One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.
