Southwest Mexican Adobe Casa Historic District

This wonderful adobe home with refrigerated air is located directly in the heart of the city the Mesquite Historic District of Las Cruces. This Mexican home combines the neighborhood classic adobe style. Directly across the street is a Mexican cafe and a coffee shop. Seven minute walk to downtown which has wonderful pubs and restaurants. This home is located directly across the street from my other two casitas that are listed in Airbnb. Dog fee $10.00 which can be left on the table.

Mesilla plaza, and bars are only a few minutes drive away. The building is fully renovated with stainless steel new appliances and dual refrigerated air mini splits, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. Please note there is a train that occasionally travels near the neighborhood.
