The house is located right next to the Bohusleden hiking trail, Fontin Nature Reserve (Milspåret trail), the Trankärrsslingan hiking trail, Marieberg Nature Reserve and the Göta Älv river, with Kungälv and Bohus Fortress both within cycling distance and Gothenburg, Marstrand and the Svartedalen nature conservation area just a bus ride away. Enjoy a wide range of hiking and cycling routes, and stroll through the wonderfully cosy neighbourhood of Gamla Kungälv, with its cafés and shops.

Free parking outside the house. Free long-stay parking is available at the bus stop (3 km) if you wish to take the direct bus to Gothenburg. Outdoor furniture is available No parties/pets. Welcome to the boathouse right on the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go to Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

Here, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay – a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven and TV. Relax on the large patio with a magical sunset, or take a short walk to the jetty for an evening dip. Close to central Stenungsund, with restaurants, cafés and shops. Perfect location for exploring Orust, Tjörn and Bohuslän's beautiful coastline and attractions.

During the month of December, the house is decorated for Christmas and is waiting to welcome you for a cozy winter stay during the Christmas season.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on your own half island with everything you may need for a calm and harmonic get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.
