The cozy, self-catering, child-friendly cottage can accommodate 6 people. You can come alone, with your partner, your children, your friends! Our goal is to relax under the soft MOHA blanket, recharge, enjoy the babbling of the stream, walk in the forest and field, in the company of squirrels and deer, paddle on the Danube.

The apartment lies under the Mátra mountain, it has a big garden and a separated entrance. The house and the neighborhood has a friendly atmosphere as nature surrounds the whole village. With the apartment we provide bicycles so you can explore the beautiful Mátra. The guests can always reach out to me if they need a tip for local food or what to see nearby.

It also has a mini garden with a separate entrance and a spacious terrace. Our chalet is located on the outskirts of Nagymaros, at the height of the Nomad bar, Zsigi buffet, easily accessible by car and by bike, a 20-30 minute easy walk from Nagymaros-Visegrád station. The house is equipped with an electric stove,toaster, coffee maker, kettle. The house is heated by electric heating panels and fans. There is a fireplace in the garden and a grill and a cauldron are available to our guests.

Our 2-person sauna has a separate relaxation room where you can regenerate between two sweats. And you can watch movies in bed.

Chestnut, guesthouse in the Danube Bend

Chestnut guesthouse is a fully renovated A-frame cabin in the town of Nagymaros, only a few minutes away from the forest. With its breath-taking panorama, outdoor fireplace big garden and calm atmosphere it provides a good opportunity to relax and slow down a bit. Air conditioning (and electric panels in the winter) heat and cool the cabin so it we are open all year. The cabin can host 4 people, any pets are also welcomed.

Our Danube bend cabin is the perfect place to escape from all that big city hustle and bustle. You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit. The neighbourhood provides romantic relaxing possibilities as well as active entertainment for the whole family. WalnutTREEhouse has been built on an old nut tree at 3.5 meters height. The shadow can be enjoyed on the big terrasse even on the hottest day.
