the stay is clean, nice, accessible but not for elderly because it has no lift. Suitable for teens and young adults. All in all the stay is awesome 🥰

The apartment itself is a really nice relaxed space that is clean and within a location that is convenient with close transport links, the host Frank is incredibly kind and gracious he really went above and beyond as a host, I’m really impressed with the hospitality that was shown to me and if I could give more stars I would.

We stayed for a couple weeks and it was perfect for that length of time. It’s further away from city centre so if you’re planning for a shorter stay I wouldn’t recommend but it’s perfectly peaceful and taxis are easy to book. The place was very comfortable, private and host was responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Great place go stay! Host are very responsive and helpful. Place are walkable near convenience store and BTS (1km). Sadly the luggage lift is broken when we check out hope it can be solve quickly~

Even though, we stayed for a few days it’s was good location as it’s close to Impact Arena and there’s many street food vendors near by. Overall, a nice place stay.

My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

Opals place was great, there is plenty of space and everything you need included. 711 is close by so you can get anything else easily. Would highly recommend!

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

Was an absolute delight to stay there! Super nice friendly hosts, very nice stylish apartment. The building staff is nice too. There is a big supermarket in the mall in walking distance, which is convenient for stocking up on groceries, plus 2 metro lines close for travelling into the more touristy areas. Really liked it, would gladly return!

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

Great place, great host. Tatiya was very responsive and considerate to offer cleaning for our extended stay. The AC units needed maintenance and she responded quickly to fix the issue.

Overall very worth it

The condo is exactly as advertised and the welcome, flexibility and compassion shown by the best host ever (Nink) is deserving of 6 stars! Although we only stayed here for one night, the unit itself is fabulous, spacious, and in a great location with everything nearby. What really sets this condo apart though is Nink. She really went above and beyond on this trip. Bangkok is reeling from a once-in-a-lifetime situation with the effects of the earthquake in Myanmar being heavily felt here in the city. Nink was very proactive and gracious in dealing with my family's concerns. I have stayed in dozens of Airbnb properties around the world, and I can say without qualification that Nink is the best host we have ever had.

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

The 24-hour access swipe card safety factor is full of the room, the whole white system is clean, and the complete room, one living room, one bathroom, one bathroom, one kitchen layout, there is nothing missing from the surrounding dining, drinking, laundry and convenience store, all the apartment There is a shuttle bus to MRT The taxi to MRT is very easy to find, but it was also very easy to find because the room was on the fourth floor. It was very easy to escape because the room was on the fourth floor. It was very easy to get away from the host Brother in the first time. I felt that it was a very pleasant stay!I can only say that the previous guest who checked in was too bad to give a good door a fist hole, although we are all passengers and please take care of this temporary home!

Exactly like the photos. Huge screen TV and large bed. Very convenient and walkable. Highly Recommend!
