Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

This place is ideal for visiting the cities of Leiden, The Hague, Delft, Amsterdam & Rotterdam. The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

"Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance.

Renovated “Sand” near the beach!

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.
