Gîte de l'Abbaye d'Etrun et son parc de verdure

The cottage is the oldest house in the village, it guarded the entrance to the Abbey of the Benedictines of Etrun. The Abbey was founded in 980 and destroyed during the revolution in 1789. The whole has been listed as a Historic Monument. In 1815 Cardinal De La TOUR d'AUVERGNE decided to build his "Summer Residence" of which the surrounding walls still exist, as well as some period elements. In 1915, General Pétain made it his headquarters and commanded the Battle of Artois from these places.

La Ch'tite Roulotte with Jacuzzi

Along the Scarpe and hiking trails, come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. A breathtaking view of fields as far as the eye can see, along the canal a short break is needed in this little piece of heaven. Inside you will find a bed area for 2 people and an equipped kitchen. + Air conditioning On the bathroom side, a shower, a sink and a toilet. Outside, a terrace on stilts facing the garden equipped with a brazier and a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi heated all year round.

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing : everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium : Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. La maison est au cœur de la nature : au milieu d'une prairie, tout près des grands arbres et d'un point d'eau. Un endroit paisible, reposant. bonjour, Chez nous c'est à la bonne franquette. Simplicité et authenticité sont recommandés. un bonheur simple, sans s'en faire. chalet en bois, la terasse face au couché de soleil et au bord de l'eau. Accès a toutes commodités a moins de 2kms, épicerie, boulangerie, boucher, pharmacie. au delà, hypermarché à 5 km. Jolies ballades aux environs (petit port de plaisance, mont des Flandres, gare d'eau) Dégustation de charcuterie et bière artisanale à la brasserie du coin .

The air-conditioned apartment, classified 4-star furnished for tourism, is located on the 2nd floor of a 1920s manor house within a 7000 m2 wooded park. The accommodation includes a 25 m2 bedroom, a 12 m2 bedroom, a 25 m2 living room, a 15 m2 kitchen and a 12 m2 bathroom. Access to the park and the private and heated swimming pool is possible as well as to the outdoor facilities (games, kitchen, barbecue, deckchairs...).
