Unique newly renovated courtyard house in Old Gävle

Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The cottage is located on a shared plot with the main building. Private jetty with swimming. Balcony and small barbecue. The forest around the corner, berries and mushrooms picking. 7 km to urban area with shops and more. The cottage has a kitchenette with fridge. What is needed for cooking and eating. Towel, dish brush, dishcloth, dish detergent are included. Bathroom with shower, towels for indoor use. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer Bed linens are included. Breakfast can be ordered by agreement. SEK 100/person WiFi is available. Canoe and rowing boat available to rent 250/day,

Isaksbo Manor - Guest Wing

There are many nice things in our area. Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. Stay in the countryside in a fantastic natural environment, but still close to everything you want during your stay in Dalarna. 100 meters down to a small lake. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Välkommen att känna lugnet och harmonin i denna naturnära, vackra miljön precis i utkanten av stan, endast 3 km in till Avesta centrum där restauranger och shoppingcenter finns. Stugan ligger på vår gård och en värd finns därmed ofta till hands.

Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.
