In the separate annex you will find another bedroom with a large double bed, which provides a little extra peace and privacy. Outside, there is a large terrace with an outdoor spa (available as an optional extra) and an enclosed garden with plenty of space. Plenty of parking space in front of the house. EV charging point 50 metres away and beach approx. 250 metres from the house.

On the 1st floor there is a black room, which can be used for bedroom or cozy living room. In addition, there is an annex with bedroom, bathroom and room with kitchenette, sofa bed and TV. The cottage is comfortably furnished with a spacious living room with alcove and panoramic window from the living room. From the living room you get access to the large, partially covered wooden terrace and the modern kitchen. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, bathroom (whirlpool and sauna) and a guest toilet. There are internet, 2 older bikes, aircondition and a high chair.

Welcome to our newly built summer house from 2025, located in the second row from the beach with a sea view from the loft. The house accommodates four people. The location is ideal, close to mini golf, a water park, and an ice cream shop. There are also winter bathing spots at the beach, and from February 1st, there will be an outdoor sauna and spa. All in all, this summer house is the perfect place for both summer and winter holidays.
