The cabin is of high standard, 4 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds. There is water, electricity, heat pump and wood stove. The kitchen is well-equipped. Bathroom with heated floor, shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The cabin has its own Wi-Fi. TV can be connected to Apple TV or Comcast. Outside, under the stars, you can enjoy a Jacuzzi for 5 people. The water is cleaned by the owner. There are several terraces with outdoor furniture, barbecue hut, woodshed, pizza oven and gas grill. In summer it is possible to rent a small boat without an engine for 30 euros.

Short distance to Dønnes Church, Dønnesfjellet and grocery store. Good fishing opportunities. Large and nice terrace facing the sea with barbecue and fire pan for cozy evenings.

Sunny terrace in the summer, or fire pan under the northern lights in the winter.

Her finner du sandstrender, vakker natur og familievennlige fjellturer. Hytta ligger 1 times kjøring fra Tromsø og 5 minutters kjøring fra Sommarøy. Butikk, sandstrand og lekeplass i umiddelbar nærhet. Sommarøy byr på kajakk, SUP, båtturer, fisketurer, restaurant og gatekjøkken. Leies ikke ut på vinteren pga ingen vann og brøyting.

Our cabin is situated in calm and lush surroundings at the end of the road on the island of Dyrøy. The island is sheltered from the open ocean by Senja. The legend tells that the famous Norwegian Viking chief Tore Hund (“Thor the Hound”) had his reindeer on the island and from that time the island is called Dyrøy - the animal island. Great place to relax and create memories of a lifetime! Private jaccuzzi, wood fired hot tub available.
