Newly renovated farmhouse in Örnsköldsvik by the sea

Experience the stunning World Heritage High Coast in an archipelago idyll with direct proximity to the sea. In a completely renovated house you enjoy all the seasons. The house is south facing on an island near Örnsköldsvik. Canoes for two people and kayaks can be rented for a cozy tour around the island. Also fishing rods to borrow. In the house there is a bedroom with a double bed. A small bedroom with a bunk bed and a small room with an extra bed. There is also access to a sofa bed for two people. There are 5-7 people with no problems.

Modern cottage near the sea

This newly built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns havsbad, proximity to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers out, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) is about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with nice opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik there is also the well-known adventure bath Pardiset.

Cabin by lake and forest outside Örnsköldsvik

The cottage is located on Gissjön with beautiful views 3 mil NV of Örnsköldsvik, High Coast. No party place. It is a quiet and relaxing environment. The cottage has its own beach with swimming facilities. Also close to the public bathing area Granto. The bathing area has a nice sandy beach with sauna and is located in a unique rock casserole with vertical rock walls. In the same area lies one of Sweden's longest urban caves, Skallberg caves. In winter, there are plenty of snowmobile trails. Nice fishing grounds all around.

House by the sea with sauna

Cozy house located right by the sea in the north end of the High Coast, 8 km outside the center of Örnsköldsvik. In winter, there are trails for cross-country skiing right outside the door as well as world-class trail areas 20 minutes away. Our self-contained wood-fired sauna can be enjoyed all year round and in the summers there is a jetty and swimming opportunity. A smaller 30 road runs between the house and the ocean. The property is just as well as holiday destination as for long stays. Sheets and firewood included.

Newly renovated guest cottage 10 m from the sea (super location)

Sw: Approximately 15 sqm guest cottage in sunny seaside location. Newly renovated with fridge and freezer, hot plate, coffee maker, kettle etc. 10 sqm deck under roof with evening sun. Access to outdoor by the sea and barbecue area with nice views. You do need a car to get here. Bring food as it's far to the nearest grocery store. The "Pool" is a heated hot tub and with the whole sea as well! Eng: Newly renovated guest house. You need a car to reach the guest house easy and access to hot tube is included!

Cozy guesthouse with a canoe and sea view

Upplev fantastiska världsarvet höga kusten i en skärgårdsidyll med direkt närhet till havet. I en mysig mindre stuga kan ni njuta av våren, sommaren och hösten Stugan ligger i söderläge på en ö nära Örnsköldsvik. Här bor ni enskilt, covid säkert och naturnära. Kanot för två personer kan hyras för en mysig tur runt ön. I huvudstugan finns sovrum med en dubbelsäng samt mindre kök och en terass, i den mindre stugan bredvid finns en våningsäng, en enkelsäng och en extra säng. 5 personer får plats!

Holiday house by the sea 35 minutes from Umeå

Wonderful summer/winter cottage by the sea 38km outside of Umeå. Big open grass area with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Parking spot with roof for two cars and garage for one extra. Two separate houses both with kitchen and bathrooms housing up to eight persons. Main house with master bedroom and bedroom for 2 kids. Guest house with bedsofa and loft (2+2 persons). Fully equipped kitchen and fire place in the main house. Fast wifi in both spaces. Separate sauna with wood stove.

Lovely house in the middle of the woods on the river

Spacious but cozy, renovated house, suitable for 10 people, directly adjacent to its own beach by the beautiful wild river Lögdeälven. An eldorado for (fly) fishermen and nature lovers! The house is also close to the sea with wide, white sandy beaches on Nordmaling's wide coast. In summer it is always light here, enjoy super long days! And in winter you have a great chance to see the northern lights while the beautiful landscape is covered with a layer of snow.

Nice house by the ocean.

Enjoy the Swedish High Coast and never ending summer nights at this modern, yet cosy house. Mint condition, located right by the ocean and all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Including e.g. a high standard bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, broadband/Wi-Fi, 65" TV, outdoor shower, and a generous terrasse. Örnsköldsvik city with shops, restaurants etc. is just 20 min away by car.
