It is a sandy beach that is suitable for families with children. 10-12 metres out, there are good depth conditions. The large two-level terrace is well furnished with a corner sofa, dining area and barbecue. At the highest level is a private seating area under a pavilion. The space Nærsnes is a cozy place 35 minutes from Oslo by car. Bus 250 takes 1 hour. Small shop 600 m away. Rortunet at Slemmestad is 10 minutes away by car.

You'll love the place in quiet surroundings and wild nature, the view, the large outdoor areas with direct access to the river. Two canoes & one boat included, ready for taking you out for fishing or just for an adventure up the river. An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

A cozy glass structure is surrounded by greenery, offering tranquil views of the lake. It features a wooden floor, a small table, and a comfortable chair. The open doors allow natural light to flood in, creating a bright and inviting space for relaxation.
