Bringing the boat is no problem with a covered, pull-through carport with parking for at least 5 vehicles & alley access for an easy pull-through.

Your fur babies are welcome too! (50 lb weight limit and breed restrictions apply.) Due to the stairs leading to the loft bedroom and bathroom, this cabin is not suitable for seniors, individuals with mobility limitations, or young children.

Tenant lives in the rear of the property with a completely separate entrance and driveway.
