The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Sölvesborg takes 10 minutes by car and Sölvesborg's GK, this year's golf club, also takes 10 minutes.
