Nestled on 20 acres of pristine Chihuahuan desert, it is the perfect property for couples, a small family, a group of hikers or anyone who wants to enjoy the solitude and wonder of the Big Bend region.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. Located at the western edge of Marfa, this cozy, unique adobe offers a true Marfa experience, and the best isolation and comfort for you. Casita "Custó" (Cousteau), is brand new and has a central but quiet location. It has free access to the beach less than 200 steps away, as well as restaurants, cafes, and bars. No car is needed to enjoy the surroundings on foot. The house is completely new (2024) and ready to enjoy. The pool is now available! At the moment the pool does not have a heater :)
