For those who want to live completely uniquely in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to nature and lake. You have your own patio with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorably beautiful nature and hiking trails. You appreciate having access to nice forest trails and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show you the farm, which has been restored according to old methods. It is close to the golf course and the picturesque town of Arvika with art museums and cafés.

Welcome to Liljestugan in central Sunne. Fresh, smoke-free and animal-free cottage. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Fresh missing linens and towels are included during the stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent as well as cleaning products. The cottage has a wooden deck facing south with dining furniture and barbecue. Grass areas for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoor space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bicycles, kayaks and SUPs (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor life is good. Lillstugan is located on a farm where there are cows, chickens, cats and dogs. The beds are made and there is breakfast in the fridge when you arrive. Lillstugan has 3 beds on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven and wood stove. TV room with sofa. Small patio with garden furniture and grill. Balcony with seating. There are roads and trails in the forest where you can walk or bike. It is 300 meters to a private beach with a jetty.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

Davids stuga in Tasebo near Klässbol and Arvika

David's Stuga is a cozy and attractive house for 6 people. It is decorated in Swedish style and has 3 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. You can walk straight from the door into the forest for a short walk to Värmeln or wander around for hours. The town of Arvika or the village of Klässbol are a 20-minute drive away. There is a golf course 12 km away, which is used as a cross-country ski trail in winter. There is room to park the car at the house

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
