Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to rent our guest house in cozy Skalhamn! Here you can relax in a quiet summer cottage idyll, yet still be close to Lysekil's shops and restaurants. The house was built in 2018 and is located in an open place with sun from morning to evening, only 500 meters from the sea. There are several nice swimming coves nearby but also fantastic rock pools. At Basteviksholmarna, about a 15-minute walk from the accommodation, is the restaurant Bastevik Bar & Cafe, where good food and drinks are served, with a troubadour some evenings.

Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.

Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Välkommen till vårt torp i Lyse! Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Huset byggdes 1860 och undervåningen har nyligen renoverats. Här finns de bekvämligheter som behövs för en avkopplande semester. I huset med tidstypiskt låg takhöjd känner du dig ombonad och kan ladda batterierna mellan utflykterna. Nedervåningen är cirka 60 kvadrat och har en tillhörande trädgård. På tomten finns ytterligare ett bostadshus som kan komma att vara bebott av oss eller andra gäster. Välkomna!

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Mitt i en vacker grön innegård hittar man ett historiskt gårdshus vars hela övre plan konverterats till en gästlägenhet om ca 30 kvadratmeter. Lägenheten har allt man behöver för en semester: pentry, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin, wifi 6. Efter en dag vid havet delar man trädgården med grill och sittplatser med värdparet Henrik och Björn. Parkering för en bil på tomten. Lägenheten lämpar sig väl för upp till tre personer över 12 år. Lägenheten är helt allergivänlig.

The cottage, built in 2018, is situated in a very popular area within Lysekil community. It has a bed room and a combined living room and kitchen. More space with 2 beds is available on the loft. A very nice bathing place with beach and cliffs is only 400 meters away. Popular activities apart from swimming are fishing, wind surfing, kite surfing, canoing and mountain climbing. Within an hours drive you find many pitoresque places along the coast.
