Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The main house is 50 sqm. From your own jetty, you can fill with swimming, sun, sauna and fishing. Discover the surroundings from the water with Askeladden boat, kayak, SUP. The main house is located high and the plot slopes sharply down towards the water, which gives the property's three small houses private locations with their own balconies towards the water. Even though there are neighbors on both sides, you are not disturbed by each other. The patios are large with many seating areas and a hot tub.

Unique cottage in two parts, two bedrooms with their own bathroom, as well as kitchen and lounge. Bed linen, cleaning and towel included. Pets are allowed in one room. The newly renovated cottage is located on our property by Lake Bolen in the Kolmårdsnatur. Guests have access to the guest dock and barbecue area, while kayaks, SUP boards and dock boats can be rented. Child-friendly beach 150 meters. We rent out our wood-fired sauna by the lake to guests. Hiking, mushroom picking, fishing and swimming lakes nearby. 33 km to Kolmården Zoo.

Welcome to our house with its own sea plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk Sörmlandsleden which starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and only 20 meters to the jetty and sea bathing. There is also access to fishing and boat. Welcome to our paradise on Djurön, just 15 min away from Norrköping city and right across the water from Kolmården Zoo. Enjoy the wild and peaceful area with 100m down to the ocean and our little beach with nice swimming. Beautiful walking trails around the area. Kayaks, SUP and grill for borrowing. We also have a nice fire pit for grilling over open fire. Fully equipped cabin, suitable for two people. But we have blow up beds for kids that works for putting in the living room.
