Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

The dream of an Andalusian farmhouse: La Solanilla

The house's greatest selling point is its location, which offers breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Canales Reservoir. It has excellent connections to the centre of Granada and to the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is just a half-hour drive away. Pets are allowed, but there is a €40 surcharge per pet payable separately from the booking; please check with the hosts.

El Valle Dorado

Spread over two floors, it has on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each. Outside there's a private pool, two barbecues (one charcoal and one gas), a picnic area, and fruit trees.
