Your suite is equipped with everything you require, so you can just drop your bags and relax! If you are travelling with horses, we have 2 corrals available, a round pen, and a full arena. Plus acres and acres of trails across the street. If you like fresh eggs for breakfast, you are more than welcome to pop out to the coop and help yourself!

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. Deer roam the neighborhood and on rare occasions you can spy fox and bald eagles.

Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
