Ivywood cottage is medieval in age, but contemporary in design, with luxurious finishes and fine detailing. The house is in a unique rural setting and was once part of the Gawdy Hall Estate. The house sits next to a beautiful 15th century church, set within a 3 acre church yard. Glorious and plentiful Waveney Valley walks in all directions. Guests have complete privacy and run of the house, including a private garden. We respect our guest's privacy, and are on call for any advice or assistance that you may need during your visit. The cottage is a short picturesque drive from the coastal gems of Southwold and Aldeburgh. Harleston and Bungay are quintessential English towns with charming independent stores, delis, family butchers, bistro cafes, pubs, restaurants, and tea shops. It's the countryside, most people drive. Diss is the mainline station between London and Norwich and is just 15 minutes by car. Cycling is very popular and the cottage is on a regular time trial route. Buses are very reliable and the village is well serviced making it easy to hop between Suffolk and Norfolk villages. There is fabulous walking from the cottage. Located in the Waveney Valley paths such as Angles Way which follows the Waveney river valley are right on your doorstep.

Perfect for romantic getaways, catching up with friends and relatives or just relaxing in this private but central retreat. All modern facilities; wet room, underfloor heating, etc. Nestled in a historic market town, (Gateway to The Southern Broads) full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, outdoor lido and boating. Great public transport links and only 20 minutes drive to the Suffolk coast/Norwich City.

Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

This recently renovated modern loft apartment is part of an historic building in the heart of the attractive market town of Beccles, a short walk from a multitude of activities. Formerly a 19th-century gentry residence, it offers olde world charm mixed with modern amenities with Twyfords Cafe serving great homemade food conveniently on the ground floor. Pubs, restaurants, shops, boating on the river and outdoor lido on the doorstep. Excellent coastal walks a 20-minute drive.

Bonneys Barn Retreat - Luxury homely getaway

Welcoming you to Bonney’s Barn Retreat we provide you with a comfortable contemporary environment to rest and relax in with Access to WIFI. There are two lounges to choose from, open plan living or a snug lounge with chess table and Games to entertain you. The 1st bedroom is set up with a super king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed with desk area. The mezzanine level is quirky with amazing views . It has limited head room max (1.5 meters) with a double mattress.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The Granary - Suffolk Countryside Retreat

The Granary is a delightful and charming farm building a luxurious, yet cosy haven for those who want a romantic getaway or a tranquil, rural holiday. The Granary is ideally situated down a quiet lane yet near to the A14 allowing easy access to the Suffolk countryside, the coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the Newmarket racecourse and even the colleges of Cambridge. Note the property is not suitable for children older than 1 year or pets.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.

Locally offers 2 pubs , sweffling & Rendham . & 20 minutes from the delightful coastal town of Aldeburgh .

'The Pad' at Longacres - Shadingfield

Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.

The Stables - Broadland, Norfolk

The Stables is a detached self-contained annexe close to the Norfolk Broads National Park. The contemporary space has recently undergone extensive restoration and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The old hayloft upstairs has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the downstairs space has a queen size sofa bed, large TV and wifi. A cot, single bed and high chair are available on request.
